They have chosen the ingredients carfully, picking the freshest the season has to offer.
Since our tasting menu changes daily, we can’t tell you exactly what will be served,
but the setup is as follows:

THE BEEF

TENDERLOIN OR RIBEYE?

The tenderloin is more tender and contains almost no fat. If you are looking for a tender steak, the tenderloin is it.
The ribeye steak has more flavor. It contains more fat and can be a little tougher, but is also really juicy and tasty.

KJÖTKOMPANÍ

Kjötkompaní, our local butcher shop has established itself through the years as the best butcher shop in town. The man behind this is Chef Jón Örn Stefánsson. He takes great care in hand picking the best available steaks and giving them special treatment. Jón Örn knows his meat.

SASHI

Our Sashi-steaks come from JN Meat in Denmark. They won the title World’s Best Steak Producer at World Steak Challenge in London 2018. The steaks are specially selected for the amount of fat marble in the meat, which delivers the rich flavor to the steak.
